Bitterbrush Bandit, a Triangle Scarf Crochet Pattern
I am happy to introduce the Bitterbrush Bandit, a triangle scarf crochet pattern found in Interweave Crochet’s special issue, Crochetscene, 2014. You can get a digital download of the pattern by clicking here. This crochet triangle scarf or shawl is made in moss stitch and uses an interesting edging.
See and favorite the pattern on Ravelry here.
This is a traditionally-shaped crochet triangle shawl, but is designed to be worn as a bandit scarf. It really makes a fun accessory to complete your outfit. The yarn is called Way Out Wonderful Treasures by Universal Yarn, which has been discontinued. I suggest you substitute with a worsted weight yarn that is beaded or sparkly. This yarn was a shiny metallic gold and had themed charms attached to it. So you could add some beads or charms of your own if you like that and can’t find a similar yarn.
If you find a yarn that you love for this pattern, please share it in the comments below!
